Package Scope & Engineering Overview
The P4 Complete Construction Package represents the highest level of factory pre-procurement. In addition to the complete weather-tight shell (P3), this kit includes all interior non-structural drylining steel studs, sound-rated internal drywall boards, interior timber doors with magnetic latches, engineered floor underlays and finishes, complete European-branded sanitary fixtures (wall-hung toilets, concealed cisterns, basins, faucets), and pre-measured ventilation ducting kits for heat recovery ventilation (MVHR). It drastically minimizes on-site procurement delays and guarantees component compatibility across the entire building.
