Package Scope & Engineering Overview
The P3 Weather-Tight Shell is our premier and most popular delivery package. It delivers a 100% weather-tight, thermally broken, airtight building envelope certified to achieve stringent European energy standards (including Passivhaus, KfW 40, and Minergie benchmarks). In addition to the structural frame and cavity insulation, P3 supplies continuous exterior thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) to eliminate all steel thermal bridges, complete roof waterproofing systems with gutters and flashings, and certified triple-glazed insulated windows with warm-edge spacers (Uw <= 0.80 W/m²K) and high-security insulated entrance doors. Once assembled, the building is totally sealed from weather and ready for local interior trades.

Logistics, Packing & Customs
Transported via specialized curtain-sided mega-trailers or 40ft High Cube containers. Glazing units and exterior insulation boards are packed in custom wooden crates with impact sensors. Full ATR certificate, export customs documentation and sequence assembly manual provided.

Yes. By incorporating continuous external thermal insulation (eliminating thermal bridges), certified triple glazing (Uw <= 0.80 W/m²K), and an airtight membrane envelope, the building envelope achieves the thermal benchmarks required for Passive House and KfW 40.
Site assembly of the shell takes 2 to 3 weeks. Once sealed, local interior trades (drywall, MEP, flooring) can work unimpeded by weather, allowing completion in approximately 4 to 8 weeks.
Absolutely. Windows and entrance doors are manufactured to custom architectural specifications, including RAL color finishes (such as Anthracite Grey), tilt-and-turn fittings, and large-span lift-and-slide doors.
