How It Works: 6-Stage Delivery Process

From initial architectural brief to precision engineering, offsite fabrication and erection supervision.

01

Concept & Feasibility

Select an optimized architectural baseline tailored to your plot orientation, views and family lifestyle.

02

Engineering & Permitting

Eurocode 3 structural engineering, thermal bridge Psi models and architectural drawings for local building permit.

03

Precision Fabrication

Offsite roll-forming of S350GD galvanized steel with pre-punched service routing holes and 0.5 mm tolerances.

04

Flat-Pack Logistics

Compact containerized transport with certified export documents (ATR/EUR.1) delivered directly to your site.

05

Rapid Erection (5-10 Days)

Rapid bolted assembly on prepared foundation slab under SerVilla engineering supervision.

06

Testing & Commissioning

Continuous thermal wrap, airtight taping, mandatory Blower Door n50 verification and handover.

A clear route from brief to delivery

1. Define the brief. Record the site, intended use, approximate area, preferred design, budget scope and energy target. An early enquiry can start without completed drawings.

2. Review the local requirements. Identify the planning authority, local architect or engineer, structural inputs and energy assessment route. Confirm who will obtain approvals and who can sign the required documents.

3. Agree the technical package. Coordinate the building envelope, junctions, openings and services. Select the delivery package and installation model. Record calculations, tests, exclusions and handover documents in the scope.

4. Release the design for manufacture. Production follows the agreed drawings and project change procedure. A design change affecting openings, insulation or services must be reviewed before it reaches the workshop or site.

5. Prepare delivery and installation. Confirm access, foundations, lifting, storage, weather protection and the responsible site team. Delivery and installation dates are agreed after the project inputs are known.

6. Inspect and hand over. Record installation checks and agreed tests. Deliver the relevant as-built information, equipment instructions and project evidence. A certificate is recorded only when issued for the applicable building and scope.

Begin with your site and preferred design.

Frequently Asked Questions

Essential answers regarding steel construction, energy targets and project delivery.

No. These are architectural starting points. Certification is shown only when an applicable building certificate is available. Ask for a project-specific design and verification scope.

You can submit an enquiry about an existing design. Adaptation to steel construction, the site and the energy target is reviewed before manufacture.

The four material package definitions exclude foundation and excavation work. Local foundation design and construction must be assigned explicitly in the quotation.

No. Funding eligibility depends on the destination programme, applicant, project and application conditions. The responsible local specialist must check the current route.

The country list is an information guide. Transport, installation and local project support are confirmed for the individual destination and scope.

Timing depends on design completion, local permissions, procurement, manufacturing and site readiness. Ask for a dated programme with responsibilities and dependencies in the offer.

The applicable terms are stated in your contract and relevant product documents. Do not infer a project warranty period from a generic website or catalogue statement.
